‘That is when the imposter syndrome kind of crept in for me. It was definately a feeling of you should be able to do all of this and handle all of this, why can’t you? and just a feeling of letting people down.’

‘In the background, I was having conversations with my manager about that it was becoming unmanageable… So my line manager really listened to the issues I was having and genuinely cared what I was going through. I felt like he wanted to help improve the situation and he created the space for me to able to do that… He created that kind of protective bubble for me.’

‘One of the books that stuck with me was Radical Candor, which is about having open and honest conversations with people and not letting situations or conversations go unsaid for too long… I think honesty is the best policy.’
