‘It’s really important to give as much information as possible when you are giving an appropriate challenge. You know, the whats, the whys, the hows – give somebody as much information as possible. Break it down step-by-step. This is what we’re doing, this is why we have to do it, and this is what it’s going to help us achieve. It’s giving somebody the bigger picture.’
