Behaviour forms an essential part of our standards and culture at UHB, enabling us to provide the best possible care to our patients and their families. In this episode, Tim introduces the concept of a Cup of Coffee conversation derived from the Promoting Professionalism Pyramid created by Dr Gerald Hickson. Tim shares how to use both tools to support our staff better, uphold professional standards, and improve the behaviour conversations we have within the Trust.

Sometimes the behaviour is serious enough to start with a formal process. These include harmful behaviours involving racism, violence, or sexual misconduct. You shouldn’t manage these situations alone. Speak to our HR team: [email protected]
